Neil is a highly experienced Chartered Surveyor who has worked in the commercial property market since 1984, focusing on Kent and south London for over 15 years.

With a detailed knowledge of his patch, Neil is widely known in the market where his clients range from major institutions and pension funds to private landlords; multiple retailers to local single boutique operators.

Having obtained a degree in Estate Management in 2003 Neil qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2005.

David Kingston BSc MSc MRICS, Registered Valuer

Consultant

David qualified as a Chartered General Practice Surveyor in 1990 whilst working in central London for Winkworth Commercial as an agency and professional surveyor. David then held a similar role in two small surveying practices in Surrey before embarking on setting up Taylor & Tester Commercial in 1993 in Sevenoaks. After the business was sold in 2003, David continued as a professional surveyor under his own name in his old patch in and around Guildford in Surrey before extending this operation to Sevenoaks in 2008 offering professional surveying services.

David has been providing tailored professional advice to a long list of very differing clients from single individuals to institutions throughout the West Kent, Surrey, West Sussex and Hampshire regions during these years and has built up a very wide, detailed knowledge and experience of these areas in an and interesting and eclectic mix of different types and uses of property.

David now specialises in valuation, rent review, lease renewals and associated Landlord & Tenant matters and has a very close eye for detail being particularly adept as a property problem solver. Having worked as a consultant with Salisbury & Co since it was established David was delighted to accept an invitation to become a Director and to head up the professional services side of the firm.

Keith Nelson BSc (Hons) MRICS, Registered Valuer

Keith has worked in the commercial property sector for over 30 years and joined Salisbury & Co in January 2016, having previously been with Chase & Partners where he was a founding Partner.

Keith has advised landlords, tenants, developers and public bodies on agency, asset management, investment, development, professional and valuation matters in the retail, leisure, office and industrial sectors.

Georgina Mackie BA(Hons) MSc

Surveyor

Georgina holds an MSc in Real Estate Management and Development from Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh and is a student member of the RICS.

She commenced work in 2007 as a graduate surveyor with Storey:SSP, Edinburgh before moving to DTZ as an Assistant Surveyor in 2008.

Georgina has particular expertise in Property Management providing both landlord and tenant services, managing accounts, producing reports and organising occupier focus groups.

Following a career break and relocating to Sevenoaks, Georgina joined Salisbury & Co in May 2016 where she assists with landlord & tenant work, property management and sales and lettings.
